According to California's Secretary of State, voting machine maker ES&S illegally sold voting machines to five counties that hadn't been certified by the state or federal governments. If found guilty, the company could face penalties of nearly $10 million.
Duly Consider: Diebold isn't alone. It is nice to know our elections corruption is fairly distributed.
